The SB004 license enables automotive locksmiths and diagnostic professionals to program Subaru keys — including All Keys Lost situations — even when the vehicle alarm is armed and no working key is available.
When the alarm is not armed, key programming is performed via standard OBDII diagnostics, with no Internal CAN-Bus connection required. When the alarm is armed, the SB004 uses AVDI via Internal CAN-Bus connection to disable the alarm before programming, offering a simple and reliable solution for the latest Subaru security systems.
