The MN038 – Cluster Calibration IC223 2020+/IC177 M 2023+ (Visteon R7F701529 BGA) license now offers support for calibration of dashboards IC177 M and IC223 in Mercedes-Benz vehicles!
Key Features:
- Adjust mileage values in the IC223/IC177 M cluster
- Block mileage synchronization with the EZS module
The EM019 emulator is an integral part of the procedure, so make sure to get it!
Simple & Fast Procedure
The process requires working on the IC223/IC177 M module PCB on bench, involving minor unsoldering of capacitors and soldering the CB501 cable’s wires (part of the RH850 Programmer’s set) onto the PCB. Detailed wiring diagrams are included within the software under the Programmer’s menu. Once the new mileage is written using the RH850 Programmer, the CB501 wires are removed, capacitors returned to their places, and the EM019 is soldered as per the Emulator wiring diagram’s instructions. The emulator must remain inside the module.
