Abrites Diagnostics for BMW/ Rolls Royce/ Mini Update: NCD2 Secure Coding & Expanded I-Series Diagnostics

We are preparing a massive update for the Abrites Diagnostics for BMW, Rolls-Royce, and MINI. This upcoming release introduces highly anticipated secure coding capabilities and significantly expands our diagnostic support for BMW’s electric and hybrid lineup.

NCD 2.0 (Secure Coding) Now Supported

The upcoming update will officially include coding support for NCD2 generation vehicles. NCD 2.0 (often referred to as Secure Coding) is BMW’s advanced anti-tampering system that previously required coding files (CAFD/NCD) to be digitally signed directly by the manufacturer’s backend.
 

Significant Upgrades to EV & Hybrid Diagnostics

In this exact same update, we are rolling out a major expansion to the standard diagnostic capabilities for the BMW I-Series and electric MINI models.
Users will experience significant diagnostic upgrades specifically targeting the older BMW i3 and the hybrid i8 models, alongside comprehensive diagnostic support for the newest generation of electric vehicles.
