The upcoming HK013 software license for Hyundai/KIA vehicles is soon coming to our online shop!
HK013 will allow you to complete mileage correction in the dashboards of newer and older petrol-powered or EV models of Hyundai and KIA vehicles.
The calibration in some of the models is done with the help of the ZN085 ABRITES RH850/V850 Programmer. The procedure requires taking the dashboard out of the vehicle and connecting to the PCB via the CB501 cable’s wires, part of the ZN085 Programmer set. The needed wiring diagrams and instructions will be available in the software menu.
This functionality is very useful when it comes to setting a correct odometer value upon replacing a faulty dashboard. When working with these dashboards, be sure to follow the correct points of soldering all the wires to the module’s PCB. Take your time and do not alter the length of the wires or their designated soldering spots on the circuit board.
Supported dashboards include:
- RH850 R7F701401
- RH850 R7F701421
Working on some of the dashboards will not require the ZN085 Programmer but will be done entirely by diagnostics.
